ATTENDEE CANCELATION | REFUND POLICY
PSR reserves the right to cancel any attendee’s registration at any time and, should it do so, will refund the registration fee paid by the attendee. Under no circumstances is PSR liable for any additional loss (including consequential loss) or damage suffered by the attendee resulting from such cancelation. All requests for a refund must be submitted in writing to playbooklive@panish.law by May 1, 2023. After May 1, 2023, registration fee refunds will not be given, but substitution of attendees may be made up to May 26, 2023 subject to the applicable policies for attendance and approval by PSR. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Attendees are responsible for canceling any reservations directly with the hotel.
PHOTOGRAPHY | FILMING
By registering for and/or attending PSR Playbook Live 2023, you grant permission to be photographed, filmed and otherwise recorded at the event, including all sponsored social events, and authorize such photographs, video clips, recordings, and your name and likeness, to be used by Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP (“PSR”) and its representatives, including, but not limited to, for marketing, promotional and commercial purposes. By registering for and/or attending the event, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials, regardless of the purpose of such use. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photograph, video, or audio recording taken by PSR or the person or entity designated to do so by PSR.
MCLE
PSR (Provider #16326) is a Multiple Activity Provider for California State Bar minimum continuing legal education (MCLE). PSR Playbook Live 2023 attendees may receive MCLE credit for attending portions of the event. Additional information about available MCLE credits will be provided when the event agenda is made available to registrants.
DATA PRIVACY AND COLLECTION
Data Privacy and Collection Data is collected on attendees through the registration form for the purposes of communicating with attendees about the event. Event sponsors will have access to the registration list. If any attendee has questions on data use and privacy, please contact privacy@panish.law.
